On rare occasions something just doesn’t go right. When it happens HaveLight.com is here to address the situation with you and make sure you are a “happy” customer!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the product and get a full refund. Merchandise exchange for a different product is allowed. A purchase credit minus shipping and sales tax (where applicable) is deducted from the refunded or credited amount. Product returns are accepted up to 30 days from purchase date. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.
Damage Merchandise related to Shipping and Handling
Purchaser has five business days from date of delivery to provide notification of damaged. Contact HaveLight.com via email or telephone to update us about merchandise condition. Images of damage are very useful. If damage is observed at time of merchandise receipt notify delivery carrier in addition to contacting HaveLight.

Your purchase is protected against defects. The duration of a warranty varies from product to product and is presented on either merchandise packaging or accompanying paperwork.
