Returns for Purchases Made on HaveLight.com
Customer may return new items purchased from HaveLight.com within 30 days of purchase date for a full product refund. Items must be returned in original undamaged product packaging. To initiate a return please Contact us. Include the following information in your email: Purchasers Name, Address, Telephone number, Packing Slip or Invoice number. Allow 4 weeks to receive refund after return of merchandise to HaveLight.com. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping unless return is result of defective product or workmanship. See Shipping Expenses below.
HaveLight.com warrants merchandise will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the warranty period presented on product packaging. Warranty period begins with date of purchase. HaveLight.com at its option will repair or replace product covered by product specific warranty. Submit warranty inquires and include contact and order information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. HaveLight.com will reimburse customer for shipping expenses of merchandise in which failure is the result of defective components or workmanship.
If purchaser receives faulty product and needs to exchange product for the same item please Contact HaveLight.com to request a replacement. Please include contact and order number information.

HaveLight.com expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury and property damages resulting from use of any product. Buyer agrees to indemnify HaveLight.com, EcoCentricNow LLC and its agents and to hold seller’s harmless from any claim related to product use. Use of product indicates buyer has read and understands this agreement and accepts its Terms and Conditions.
